We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Inbound Marketing Executive** with at least **1 year of hands-on experience** in digital marketing.

In this role, you will support and execute inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, contribute to SEO and content optimization, and provide performance insights that drive growth.

You’ll collaborate with senior team members while taking ownership of day-to-day execution and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track, analyze, and report on **campaign performance metrics** (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, engagement rates).
- Conduct **keyword research** and optimize content for search visibility.
- Support and manage **content distribution strategies** to maximize reach and engagement.
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and campaign plans under senior guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, performance) to ensure timely and effective execution.

**Role Overview**
- Support and implement inbound marketing campaigns across channels.
- Take ownership of **monitoring, reporting, and optimization** for assigned campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to senior team members based on data analysis.
- Contribute to strategic planning while ensuring execution excellence.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Campaign success metrics (**CTR, conversion rates, CPL, ROI**).
- Social media engagement (**reach, interactions, follower growth**).
- Website performance (**sessions, organic traffic growth, bounce rates, rankings**).
- Timely completion and quality of assigned tasks and projects.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in inbound or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or SEO platforms** (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong **analytical and reporting skills** with the ability to interpret campaign data using spreadsheets etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive learner who thrives in a **fast-paced, performance-driven environment**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **AI LLMS** (e.g., ChatGPT etc.) for content, SEO, or marketing optimization.
- Working knowledge of **AI automation platforms** like **n8n or Make** to streamline workflows.
- Experience with **graphic design tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creative adaptations.
