**Job Description - Admission Advisor**

**About Company & Job Purpose**

Manya is a Pan India organisation in study abroad business and has 47+ centres in 24 Indian cities and is the largest international partner of The Princeton Review outside USA. The Princeton Review is a part of ST Unitas Company-a global education company.

Manya currently operates in three major business verticals in the area of Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions and Language & Communication Training. Now Manya is also venturing into online products segment to cater to larger market.

**Key Deliverables**
- High Customer Service & pro-active in follow - up with the students
- Building applicant pool and delivering Visa numbers across destinations
- 100% compliance of the Application process.
- Updating of Manya CRM and achieve targeted CSAT score as per framework.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise the registered students regarding all admission servicing and match student’s career aspirations and academic interest, personal and financial strength with the best-suited university options.
- Responsible as a single point interface for entire admissions value chain, to assist and guide students with college shortlisting, editing and submissions, visa and post
- visa formalities.
- Organize profile assessment sessions with students, guide them with the insight on useful coursework and degree programs supporting career aspirations and with respect to mock score test, Internships opportunities guide them on End to End process.
- Responsible for reciprocating the knowledge of regulations pertaining to international students, e.g. USA, UK, Canada Visa Regulation and Interview Preparation Skills, etc.
- Assistance in organizing Manya exhibitions and interpretation for institutions at seminars/ exhibitions.
- Responsible for student satisfaction, assessed through CSAT score based on feedback related to overall admissions services.
- Ensure TATS and SLAs are adhered to.

**Core requirement**
- Min 2 years of work experience in overseas education and knowledge of the USA University shortlisting, Application and Visa process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and Interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of admission requirements, scholarship programs, and course guidance.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Should be capable of rigors follow up and provide professional and quality counselling services and exceed client expectations.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
