🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Student Admission Counsellors who can guide students with clarity and confidence.
As part of our growing team, you will help students explore global education opportunities, choose the right universities, and succeed in their admission journey.

📝 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Provide counselling to students and parents about universities in the UK, USA, and Europe

🏫 Assist with course and university selection based on academic background & career goals

📑 Support students in applications, admissions, and scholarship opportunities

🗣️ Advise on English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) & visa-related steps

📞 Maintain regular follow-up with students via calls, emails, and meetings

🌐 Stay updated with international university policies, tuition fees, and intakes

📊 Work towards monthly counselling and admission targets

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree (Education/Management preferred)

💼 2–3 years of counselling experience in study abroad/education sector (preferred)

🗣️ Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

🌍 Knowledge of UK, USA, and Europe admission processes

💻 Good command of MS Office & CRM tools

💡 Passion to help students achieve their goals

💰 What We Offer

💵 Salary: ₹3 Lakh – ₹3.5 Lakh per annum plus incentives
