Job Description: BPO Executive

Location: Noida

Salary Range: 12,000 - 15,000 INR per month

We are currently hiring BPO Executives to join our team in Noida. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. As a BPO Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any order-related issues.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and call details.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating through multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to empathize with customers' needs.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends.
- English mandate
