**NRIWAY** is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and ensure accurate fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels and track stock
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Assist with logistics and shipping
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related operations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in e-commerce operations a plus
