We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development and Promotions Executive** to join our team. This role involves meeting potential clients and partners, promoting our products, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Identify, meet, and engage with potential clients, including contractors, painters, interior designers, hardware shop owners, and other key stakeholders.
- **Market Expansion**: Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales Support**: Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and marketing materials to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of meetings, feedback, and sales activities to track progress and identify improvement areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or promotions (preferably in the paint or hardware tools industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
