Customer Support Executive

Job Location:Kochi

Job Type :Full Time (On Site)

**Responsibilities**:
*Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

*Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.

*Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

*Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

*Continuously strive to improve the customer experience. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Knowledge in other regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/ Telugu/Kannada) will be an added advantage
