**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Plan and create detailed travel itineraries (domestic/international).
- Make bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless execution.
- Prepare cost estimates and tour packages.
- Assist in visa processing and travel insurance.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle emergencies during the tour.
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings and customer information.
- Follow up with clients post-tour for feedback and relationship building.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and logistics
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (like Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,235.58 - ₹35,949.38 per month
