Recruitment Coordinator

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in interview scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using different tools, setting up tests / assessments, conference calls, and video conferences
- Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting.
- Track and report scheduling status

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.

**Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is mandatory.
- Exposure to fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
