**Job description**

Position: Process Associate

**Salary**:14000+ Incentives
Qualification: Inter to any graduation
Location: Basher Bagh, Hyd
Day shift:9 AM - 6 PM

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To critique and rate the search results that return when searching for a specific term.
- Depending on the assignment, you might rate how useful the top search results are, if the map is correct, or if the search results are what you were looking for.
- To perform basic online tasks to evaluate the quality and relevance of internet-based search results, advertisements and/or web page content.
- To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality
- The job also involves analysing and providing feedback on Map info, Map searches, text, web pages, images and other types of information/media for leading search engines and Search Maps using an online tool.
- reviews the results returned in a specific search query and rates them in terms of relevance.
- To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.

Good verbal and written communication skills, Sound analytical skills, Logical thinking, Good Computer Basics
