**Experience - Fresher to 5 years**

**Qualification **:ITI - Electronics, Diploma - Electronics

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- ∙Identification of electronic components.
- ∙Assemble and install electronic components according to specifications and follow established manufacturing procedures.
- ∙Follow drawings and schematics to wire, solder and assemble electronic components such as diodes, transistors, capacitors and integrated circuits boards and sockets on chassis panels.
- ∙integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels.
- ∙Install finished assemblies or sub assemblies in cases and cabinets / casing / enclosure.
- ∙Use hand-tools, bench-tools, and bench-mounted aids to assemble the components.
- ∙BGA assembly
- ∙Accomplish touch-up on printed circuit boards after flow solder.
- ∙Conduct PCB /device programming and basic testing to monitor and verify quality
- ∙Disassemble units to resolve defects and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed before packaging
- ∙Must be able to perform basic weld, wire stripping, lug-terminal crimping and terminating.
- ∙Visually check sub-assemblies and assemblies for completeness/correctness of all operations and for foreign object debris.
- ∙Mechanical assembly using manufacturing standard operating procedure.
- ∙Material inward / outward and Inventory testing
- ∙Pack finished products for shipment.
- ∙Tag components.
- ∙Meeting all safety requirements of the company and industry.
