Profile:Domestic Voice process

As a customer service representative in the voice process for CarDekho, your job description might include:
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handling inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and assistance, as well as making outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.

Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of CarDekho's products and services, including car listings, financing options, insurance, and other related offerings.

Problem Resolution: Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Upselling: Identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions, upselling additional products or services, and meeting sales targets.

Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while handling customer inquiries and transactions.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, including supervisors, managers, and other departments, to address customer issues and improve processes.

Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking feedback, participating in training sessions, and continuously improving product knowledge and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹10,956.93 - ₹15,997.95 per month
