**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and superior service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Appointment Scheduling**: Proactively reach out to clients via phone calls, schedule appointments for the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal staff.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing continuous support.

**Internal Coordination**: Work closely with internal staff to relay client requirements, manage appointments, and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through product/service-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback in CRM systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven experience in customer service and appointment scheduling.

Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and prospects effectively.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage appointments and internal coordination.

Experience with CRM software and client management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
