As a Quality Inspector at CURIO CRAFTS, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will encompass inspecting finished products, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to assess adherence to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Identify any defects, deviations, or imperfections and implement corrective actions as necessary. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in product quality across all manufacturing stages. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certification requirements, including government regulations and export standards. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials, components, and subcontracted processes, conducting audits and assessments as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address root causes of quality issues. Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results, non-conformances, corrective actions, and other quality-related documentation. Generate regular reports to communicate quality performance metrics and trends to management. Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and quality standards, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and quality-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
