**GEM Portal Management**:

- Manage and monitor the company’s activities on the GEM portal, including vendor registration, profile updates, and product listings.
- Handle the end-to-end process of responding to tenders and bids on GEM, including document submission, price quotation, and compliance verification.
- Track and review all ongoing tenders and auctions relevant to the business and ensure timely submission of bids.
- Ensure all necessary documents (e.g., PAN, GST, MSME certificate, etc.) are correctly uploaded and updated on the GEM portal for smooth transactions.
- **Tendering & Bidding**:

- Identify relevant government tenders and projects listed on GEM that align with the company’s offerings.
- Review tender documents carefully, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions before submitting bids.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in compliance with GEM’s guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, etc.) to gather required documents and ensure completeness of submissions.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all necessary certifications and documentation are in place and up to date for bidding eligibility, including GST, MSME, and other mandatory government requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all bids, tenders, contracts, and correspondence related to the GEM portal.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines while dealing with the GEM platform.
- **Vendor & Customer Coordination**:

- Serve as the point of contact for GEM-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues related to bids, payments, or procurement processes on the GEM portal.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, payments, and contracts to ensure timely execution of government contracts.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of bids, tenders, and government projects.
- Track performance and success rates of GEM portal submissions and suggest improvements for future bids.
- Analyze trends in government procurement and identify new business opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
