**Job Description: - Role & responsibilities**
- Uploading New Product/Catalogue on **Gem Portal.**:

- **Creating L1** Comparison for Direct Purchasing.
- Finding suitable Bids on Gem & E- Tender Portal.
- Participating in Bids like Bunch **Bid, BID R/A, custom Bid, Product & Service Bid & BOQ Bid.**:

- Prepare Documents for E- Tendering & Gem Portal.
- Studying Tender Documents, Qualification Criteria & the Scope of work.
- Floating RFQ to various Vendors/ Contactors, collecting Quotations.
- Prepare Technical & Financial Bids in Assistance with seniors.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals
- Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
- Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
- Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations
- Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines
- Prepare All Tender Documents in the specific formats related to the Bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits.
- Update project Execution on a daily basis & report to Reporting Manager
- Time Management skills & the Ability to deliver to deadlines.
- To Coordinate, Prepare and compile Bid submission documents in relation to Tendering/B-idding Activities, Tender Questionnaires and Pre Qualifications.
- Prepare submitted Bid list and update Qualified and disqualified
- Prepare EMD Details.
- Expertise in Gem & E- Procurement Portals.

**Qualification**
- Any Graduate Degree
- MS Office, Advanced Excel, MIS, CRM
- Open for Travel
- Hands on Experience on Data Manipulation, Analytics, Statistics etc.
- Good command over the English language & Communication
