**Your role**
- Are you interested in working with data ? Are you keen in data analysis ?- analyze macroeconomic trend to have implications on the larger economy
- build and maintain databases and models to evaluate vast amounts of information
- provide economic views based on rigorous analysis of data trends
- comfortable with econometric packages like R, Eviews etc and market data packages including Bloomberg, CEIC, CMIE etc
- write clearly and explain complicated thoughts
- work collaboratively in a team setting and take leadership of projects

**Your team**
- You’ll be working with the Asia Economics Research team in Mumbai, focused on both India and Asia economies. The head of India Economics is Tanvee Gupta Jain. Your team is responsible for views on the Indian economy, macro stability risks and its implication on various economic parameters. Our goal is to be the top economics team on the street, providing the best views and insights to navigate constantly changing markets.

**Your expertise**
- a deep intellectual curiosity
- basic understanding of macroeconomics, equities, and other asset classes
- strong data and technical skills including statistics, econometrics
- willingness to learn coding, programming skills in VBA, Python, or R is plus
- 1+ years of experience in financial markets or related industry
- a self-starter that is organized with a proven ability to multi-task
- detail oriented but also have the ability to see the big picture
- an excellent communicator
