**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to work closely with the CEO, leading Doors Studio’s strategic direction, marketing growth, and operational excellence. This role will oversee all business verticals, ensuring that our operations, marketing, and day-today activities align with our long-term vision of becoming a global leader in branding and digital marketing. The CSO will be the second-in-command, steering company-wide initiatives, mentoring senior leaders, and driving sustainable growth in India.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**

Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute the company’s long-term vision, goals, and growth roadmap. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and service verticals for expansion. Translate vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across all teams and locations.

**Business & Marketing Growth**

Oversee all marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, campaigns, and performance marketing. Drive client acquisition strategies, partnerships, and market expansion efforts. Develop and monitor KPIs for business development, marketing ROI, and revenue growth.

**Operational Excellence**

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across creative, performance, web, and content teams. Implement systems and processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability. Monitor project delivery timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction metrics.

**Team Leadership & Culture**

Mentor senior managers and department heads to achieve their targets and grow in their roles.Foster a culture of innovatio ,accountabilitycontinuous improvement. Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between creative, strategy, and operations teams.

**Qualifications & Experience**

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or agency leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, creative production, and performance analytics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multi-location teams and cross-border operations (preferred).

Pay: ₹432,365.27 - ₹2,048,827.71 per year
