Job description
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Product Development & Formulation.
- Any food industry background (preferably bakery & confectionery).
- Development of products as per requirements & market research.
- Experience in formulating recipes and conducting trials along with the team. Troubleshooting existing recipes.
- Documentation of products, process & quality standards.
- Formulation of SOPs and maintaining basic hygiene standards.
- Aware of sensory evaluation of products.
- Understand customer feedback, customer complaint & incorporating it into product development/ improvement of existing products.
- Well verse with FSSAI regulations for label amendments and food testing requirements.
- Monitoring the production process as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
