**Research Intern (Real Estate Price Forecast)**

Assist in data collection and analysis of real estate market trends in India to understand factors impacting prices.

Contribute to the development and testing of statistical models to predict real estate prices.

Collaborate with the research team to identify relevant data sources and develop strategies to improve data quality.

Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in real estate pricing.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.

**Requirements**:
Currently **MBA** pursuing or recently completed a degree in a **related field such as statistics, economics, or real estate infrastructure.**

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or STATA.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Passion for understanding real estate markets and the factors that drive pricing.

**Position - Research Intern (Real Estate Price Forecast)**

**Experience - Minimum 1 Years - 5 Years (Preference Real Estate/Infrastructure/Banking/ NBFC/Finance Industry Experience)**

**Job Type - Full-time (6 Days) (Work Form Office)**

**Office Location - Noida**

**Salary: 20,000 - 50,000 (Depends on your interview and experience)**
