We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator with strong expertise in system administration, data visualization tools, and cloud platform management. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent customer handling skills, capable of managing large-scale environments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless system performance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage system administration for large multi-tenant environments (Windows Server / GCP Compute Engines / OpenShift Virtualization VMs).
- Administer and maintain databases, operating systems, and gateways.
- Work extensively with data visualization tools - Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker, Looker Studio, WebFOCUS.
- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Oversee database & OS management with a strong admin-oriented profile.
- Ensure efficient product life cycle management for related systems and services.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

- Strong hands-on System Administration experience (critical requirement).
- Proficiency in visualization tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker, Looker Studio, WebFOCUS.
- Knowledge of databases, OS, and gateway management.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Experience in Descriptive Analytics.
- Exposure to DevOps tools: GitHub, Tekton pipelines, Terraform, Google Cloud Services, PowerShell.
- Experience managing large GCP installations.
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of product life cycle.
- Familiarity with GCP, Azure, BigQuery, Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle DB2.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹310,365.31 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
