**Job Title**

Tally Data Entry Operator

**Job Summary**

The Tally Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering financial data into Tally software, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data, such as invoices, receipts, and journal entries, into Tally software.

2. Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

3. Data Maintenance: Update, modify, and maintain existing data in Tally.

4. Tally Operations: Perform Tally operations, such as creating ledgers, accounts, and vouchers.

5. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and trial balances.

6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

7. Collaboration: Work with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies, improve processes, and enhance data quality.

**Skills and Qualifications**

1. Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.

2. Tally Certification: Tally certification or training preferred.

3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Tally software.

4. Typing Speed: High typing speed (at least 25 words per minute) and accuracy.

5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.

6. Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to identify data discrepancies and errors.

7. Communication: Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.

**Working Conditions**

1. Office environment with mínimal travel.

2. Frequent use of computer systems, software, and Tally equipment.

3. Regular interaction with colleagues, management, and external parties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
