**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell the company’s plant and machinery products, including equipment, parts, and services.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, quotes, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
- Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new products in the plant and machinery sector.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telesales marketing, preferably within the plant and machinery or construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey complex information in a simple manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with B2B sales or experience in the plant, machinery, or industrial sectors is a plus.
