Artic9 Creative Agency is a dynamic branding and marketing firm that specializes in creating powerful digital experiences. We are looking for a **Social Media Strategist** to develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns to enhance our clients' brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **social media strategies** aligned with branding goals.
- Create and manage **content calendars** for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce **engaging graphics, videos, and posts**.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on **social media performance** using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on **trends, hashtags, and algorithms** to optimize content reach.
- Manage **paid ad campaigns** on social platforms and track ROI.
- Engage with audiences through **comments, messages, and community interactions**.
- Conduct **competitive analysis** and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in **social media strategy & branding**.
- Strong understanding of **brand positioning, audience engagement, and content marketing**.
- Experience with **social media analytics tools** (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in **content planning & storytelling techniques**.
- Excellent **copywriting skills** and ability to create **engaging captions & campaign ideas**.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of **SEO, influencer collaborations, and paid ad strategies** is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **branding & digital marketing strategies**.
- Basic knowledge of **graphic design tools** (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong **communication & teamwork** skills.
