**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Trademark Management**:

- Assist in **trademark searches and clearance** processes.
- Maintain and update **trademark portfolios and databases**.
- Conduct research on **trademark use and infringement issues**.
- Prepare reports and documents for **trademark prosecution**.
- Handle **Office Actions and Notices of Opposition**, including drafting responses.
- Monitor and manage the **status of trademark portfolios**.
- Prepare and submit evidence for **opposition and cancellation proceedings**.

**Copyright Management**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field**.
- Experience in **trademark and copyright filing, prosecution, and enforcement**.
- Familiarity with **trademark databases and intellectual property laws**.
- Strong **research, analytical, and documentation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a **law firm or corporate legal department**.
- Knowledge of **international trademark and copyright laws**.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
