Primary Mathematics Teacher

As a Primary Mathematics Teacher (PRT), you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction to students in the primary grades.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate math lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies: visual aids, games, group activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and observations, providing timely feedback.
- Identify and support students who need extra assistance through intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and submit periodic reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, sharing insights and strategies for improvement.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduation/Post Graduation
- B.Ed or equivalent (especially with a math specialization)
**Experience**
- Prior experience teaching mathematics at the primary level is highly desirable.
- Good computer skills are **preferable**—including use of smart boards, MS Office, and basic educational software.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of child psychology and primary-level pedagogy.
- Excellent communication skills and classroom management.
- Proficiency in using teaching aids, including digital tools or smart boards.
- Passion for making math accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
