Graphic Designer

Location: Surat, Gujrat

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The

transform concepts into compelling visual designs. This role will involve

collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality graphics for a range of

projects across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Design & Conceptualization:
○ Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics for social

media, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, and

branding collateral.

○ Create original artwork, illustrations, and icons to enhance visual

storytelling and brand identity.
- Team Collaboration:
○ Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to

understand project objectives and deliver effective designs.

○ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a

collaborative and creative work environment.
- Brand Consistency:
○ Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across

all design assets.
- Production Coordination:
○ Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and stakeholders to

ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials.
- Trend Awareness:
○ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic

design to continuously enhance skills and techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio

showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design

concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in

a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is desirable but not

required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (preferred)
