**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
To provide high-level administrative support to the Director-Operation with the day-to-day business of the organization including scheduling meetings and maintaining director's calendar, managing important files, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel, other related functions.
- Handle ongoing project related documents provided by Director such as drawings, agreements, terms and conditions and keep track of business correspondence done by director with consultants and parties etc for future reference.
- Label, sort, and categorize documents for ease of access, retrieve documents on demand and maintain paperwork integrity
- Perform day-to-day tasks such as data collection, classification, archiving and prepare presentation. - Act as the point of contact among managers, executives, employees, clients and other external parties, as and when required by the Director.
- Manage Director’s calendars, set up meeting, and notify about upcoming important events
- Draft monthly reports covering important minute and approaching deadlines
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
**Skills and Key Requirements**:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills. - Fluent in spoken English and proficient in business correspondence - Project drawings reading, project plan reading - Attention to detail and the ability to handle data fast and accurately - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Multitasking ability - Negotiation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 per month
