Tele caller Job Description

1. Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote spa services and packages.

2. Receiving inbound calls from clients who have queries about the spa services, and addressing their concerns and questions.

3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in the database.

4. Scheduling appointments for clients and coordinating with the spa staff.

5. Providing clients with detailed information about the spa services, pricing, and promotions.

6. Handling customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

7. Provide information of Services and Offers to customers.

Job Highlights

Shift Timing: 9.00 am - 7.00 pm | 10.00 am - 8.00 pm
