- Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams and assist payment related issues. Clarifying differences on the postings
- Responsible for research and resolution of aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts and accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls over the work performed
- Reconcile bank GL account to ensure all payments are posted on the correct customer account.
- Managing a process to provide payments analysis by partner and region to ensure the internal reports are correct
- Account reconciliation and ability to analyze results
- Well organized and neat with the ability to multi-task
- Resolves payment problems/ discrepancies in a timely manner
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work and good analytical skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Written and spoken English
- Microsoft office tools proficiency
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in SAP (at least 3+ year experience)
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in Cash Application activities
- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis would be a plus
- Degree in accounting, Finance or Economics, other similar studies
