**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Recovery**:

- Follow up consistently to recover overdue amounts while maintaining professionalism.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure cooperation in resolving payment delays.
- Address customer queries related to billing, payments, or disputes efficiently.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
- Update the database with payment status and provide regular reports to the finance team.
- **Negotiation and Resolution**:

- Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers, adhering to company policies.
- Resolve disputes or discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams like sales and billing.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in the collection process.
- Provide timely updates on collection progress and escalate unresolved cases to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in debt recovery or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
- Familiarity with financial records and basic accounting principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
