We're looking for detail-oriented reservation agents should have **knowledge of Amadeus**. To assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.

**Qualifications**:
For you to be successful as a Ticketing agent with us, you would need to have the following experience:

- GDS knowledge is a must have - **Amadeus **as a priority.
- Ability to create **booking**, **ticketing**, **reissue**, **Q updates**:

- MS Excel and Word competency
- Multitasking - working with variant channels: mail, slack, Monday, hospitality systems
- Monitoring systems for irregular ticket booking behavior
- The ability to work night shifts
- Act as a resource/support for agents with ticketing/fares questions including branch offices as determined.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
