**Job Summary**
FRESHER - Entry level Back Office Executive for a growing company. No experience required. Should be English speaking and should have basic computer knowledge.
Job location is at Byculla (7 minutes walking from Byculla and Mahalaxmi station)
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Scope of work:
- To make quotations / bills on software as required.
- To update excel sheets and maintain records.
- To check stock and update on availability accordingly.
- To dispatch the material as per orders.
- To follow up for payments.
- To make calls as per database and send out catalogues and price lists.
- Any other matter as informed by the Seniors.
- On job training provided.
**Key Skills**
English language, Basic computer skills, Communication skills
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Fresher with computer knowledge
English speaking and writing skills
Graduate in any field.
Fast learner.
Good reporting and organising skills
