*Maintenance Assistant Job Description*

A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting the maintenance team in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- *Performing Routine Maintenance*: Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
- *Assisting with Repairs*: Assisting maintenance technicians with repairs, replacements, and installations of equipment and systems.
- *Conducting Inspections*: Conducting regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems to identify potential issues.
- *Reporting Defects*: Reporting defects, damage, or wear and tear to equipment, facilities, and systems.
- *Maintaining Records*: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- *Assisting with Projects*: Assisting with maintenance projects, such as renovations, upgrades, and installations.

*Essential Skills:*
- *Technical Knowledge*: Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- *Hand Tool Operation*: Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- *Problem-Solving*: Basic problem-solving skills to identify and report issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
