**Job Summary: -**

**Duties and responsibilities: -**
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers across different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Negotiate collaboration terms, ensuring both parties are aligned with goals and expectations.
- Maintain and grow a network of influencers to keep the brand top-of-mind for collaborations.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s objectives, ensuring a consistent voice and message across all influencer touchpoints.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, approval processes, and timelines.
- Monitor and manage influencer activity to ensure they deliver content according to contract termsand Content Collaboration, Campaign Tracking & Reporting, Collaboration with Internal Teams,

**Job Requirements: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,BBA, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a focus on brand storytelling and content creation.
- Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
