**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or undergraduate degree in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Flexible to work six days a week, with rotational shifts and rostered days off.
- Maximum age limit of 35 years.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must possess a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Comfortable working from our office location.
