**Role**:Assistant Manager - Finance

**Experience**: 2 - 5 years

**Location**:Gurgaon || WFO

**About the Role**: Will be responsible for the recording of financial transaction, payments, reconciliation and settlement activities within the organisation and assisting with various departmental queries.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience working in a startup in similar profiles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
- Problem-solving and detail oriented.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to identify errors & work to deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be an active member in monthly closing of books for revenue, expenses, and all related metrics.
- Reconciling payments from different sources (OTA, B2C etc.) & verticals to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
- Assist and Lead automation projects to ensure that reconciliation and settlement processes are seamless and support the growing business.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Recording financial business transactions in accounting software.
- Understanding changing demand of business and coordinating with various departments.
