About the role
As a platform product owner, you should be experienced in Salesforce solutions and their tradeoffs as you will support your team’s solutions and sit on our Salesforce architecture review board to ensure solid system architecture throughout our tech stack. You should be experienced leading and growing engineers and working with business partners, PMs and other engineering teams to ensure our users are receiving best in-class capabilities.- 5+ years of industry experience- Expert-level Salesforce solution knowledge (3+ years)- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field-
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator- Effective stakeholder management skills- Passionate about best practices and maintaining a robust Salesforce foundation- Experience leading multi-team projects from design to production- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple complex projects and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, individual, and team-oriented work environment- Experience working within the Agile methodology- Have a strong focus on solid architectural principles- Apex and/or AWS development experience a plus- Higher Education industry experience is a plus- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in the office- 30-day notification period preferred
