**Experience with Operation & Maintenance of CNC, VMC, Turning Centre, Lathe Machine etc**

Education Qualification:

- **Diploma Holder or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.**
- Relevant certifications or technical training in machinery operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation and Maintenance:

- **Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.**

**- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of equipment**.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, performing repairs as necessary.
- Ensure that all machinery is calibrated and functioning according to specifications.

Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to and enforce safety standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Report any safety hazards or compliance issues to management.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide technical support to operators and other team members.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve machine performance.

Training and Development:

- Train machine operators and junior technicians on proper machine operation and maintenance.
- Develop and update training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on the latest machinery and technology advancements.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and report findings to management.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and downtime.
- Prepare and submit reports on machine performance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
