**Roles & Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator**
- Arrange all the necessary details like billing details & Bank details.
- Prepare the Sales orders for goods which helps to outward.
- Arrange all the Credit notes for schemes, Goods return, Samples, etc.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goals setting to the senior management team.
- Take payment follow-up with the Sales officer.
- Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
- Keep records of sales trends and customer activity.
- Maintain and update the sales order database.
- Arrange security cheque letter as per the received cheque.

**Knowledge required**:

- Must have knowledge about Pivot table/V loop in MS Excel.
- Must have knowledge of Google sheets.
- Must have good command on Tally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must knowledge about related field areas.
