**Responsibilities**: -Ensure members smoothly transition into their assigned program following completion of the Profile Phase.
- Provide ongoing program guidance and technical support to help members stay on track and overcome obstacles.
- Maintain consistent communication with members through calls and chats, including availability during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Closely monitor member progress, ensuring consistent testing and adherence to their personalized weight management plan.
- Assist members with cancellation or reactivation requests, offering thoughtful support to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Health Coach to deliver tailored recommendations, review member data trends, and provide proactive outreach to maximize success.

**Requirements**: -Bachelor's degree with a background in Science and/or Engineering.
- Proficient with English and overall communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and comfort with troubleshooting.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend call and chat coverage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,621.18 - ₹37,751.36 per month
