**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound B2C leads.
- Conduct product demos and explain service features to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right product offering.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech, fintech, or direct-to-consumer services).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable using CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
