We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with a results-driven Marketing Professional to join our team. This job involves making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and selling them products or services. They are responsible for maintaining a strong customer base and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

In addition to making sales calls, they may also be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support. They are expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the company's customer database accordingly.

Key responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers and selling products or services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Updating the company's customer database
- Providing after-sales support to customers
- Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
