**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for interior and architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop realistic and stylized visualizations for interior spaces, architectural facades, and full-scale architectural environments.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to refine designs and meet project goals.
- Produce photorealistic renderings to showcase design proposals, incorporating lighting, textures, and materials to enhance the design’s visual appeal.
- Create 3D animations and walk-throughs to visualize the spatial flow and design elements in interior and architectural projects.
- Ensure that 3D models are optimized for client presentations and various digital formats.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in 3D design, architecture, and interior design to continuously improve design processes.
- Review and revise 3D models and renderings based on client or team feedback to meet project specifications.
- Assist in creating virtual reality or augmented reality presentations for interactive design experiences (if applicable).
- Support project teams in generating accurate material specifications, product selections, and color palettes for interior design concepts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Computer Graphics, 3D Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visualizer in the architecture or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including [Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, etc.].
- Understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including space planning, material selection, lighting, and color theory.
- Experience in creating photorealistic renderings and immersive visualizations of interior and architectural spaces.
- Ability to work with technical drawings and architectural plans to translate them into 3D models.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and other architectural visualization tools.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into stunning visual content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for post-production editing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,792.48 - ₹30,593.46 per month
