**As a Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical, your work will focus on the following responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Independent Hands-on Maintenance activities and Shift Operations of the Gas engine Power Plant
- To implement plant operations/maintenance schedules and procedures.
- To maintain MIS such as logs and records of normal operations of plant.
- To efficiently and effectively handle shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances.
- To ensure uninterrupted quality power to the customer.
- To follow and implement safety procedures.
- To ensure compliance with safety & environment protection standards.
- Handle total plant inventory, plant maintenance and maintaining reports as per wartsila guidelines.
- To Monitor gas engine critical parameters to plan predictive maintenance.
- To Monitor lube oil, gas analysis reports and take corrective action immediately.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of O & M of Gas Power Plants
- Knowledge of power plant Mechanical and equipment's.
- Knowledge of technical and commercial contractual terms
- Computer proficiency : MS Word & MS Excel
- Knowledge about OHSAS 18001
- Knowledge about Emergency Preparedness and Response to Emergencies
- Knowledge about the safety systems to be followed while working in power plant.

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:
**Education**:

- Graduate/Diploma Engineering in Mechanical

**Experience**:

- 5 - 7 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in Gas / HFO based Multi engine Powerplants.
