**Job Description: Middle School English Teacher**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards, with a preference for ICSE board methodologies.
- Develop and implement creative instructional strategies to enhance students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance, providing regular feedback and assessments.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect for diversity.
- Utilize technology effectively to enrich the teaching and learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administration regarding student progress and behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- A Postgraduate/Graduate degree in English or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with specialization in English.
- Proficiency in using modern educational technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with exposure to the ICSE curriculum.
