Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for Physics for classes XI and XII, in strict adherence to the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct regular classes, tutorials, and doubt-clearing sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of fundamental and advanced Physics concepts.
- Design and deliver a specialized curriculum focused on competitive examinations, including problem-solving techniques, shortcut methods, and time management strategies.
- Create and administer a variety of assessments, including chapter-wise tests, mock tests, and full-length practice papers that mirror the pattern of NEET and JEE.
- Provide detailed feedback on student performance and create individualized learning plans to address areas of weakness.
- Develop and continuously update high-quality study materials, question banks, and assignments for both board and competitive exam preparation.
- Organize and supervise practical laboratory sessions, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Mentor and guide students, providing them with the motivation and support needed to excel in their academic and competitive pursuits.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in the syllabus and patterns of CBSE board exams and competitive tests.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create an integrated approach to learning and student development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, providing comprehensive reports on student progress. Qualifications and Experience:

- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics is mandatory. A B.Ed. degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, with at least 2 years of proven experience in coaching students for NEET and JEE.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Physics concepts and a strong command of the NEET and JEE syllabus.
- Pedagogical Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make complex topics understandable and engaging for students.
- Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
