To choose counselling as a career, one must understand the work in confidential setting with individuals who are experiencing personal difficulties to help them overcome their problems & to make appropriate change to their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide counselling face to face, over the telephone or online.
- To work with individuals or groups.
- To Build a relationship of trust & respect.
- To advice right program (Degree/Skills Training)
- To contribute good in organization growth
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive approach with an ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management.

Qualification:

- Graduate/ Post graduate in Psychology (General) with 1 year Minimum experience in education industry.
- Any Graduate/ Post graduate.

**Skills**:

- **Must be knowledge in software language programming and multimedia Courses.**:

- Calm & Patience Personality.
- Good Communicational & IT Skills.
- Confidence to meet the targets.

**Note: Freshers Can Apply**

**Salary: 15k-20k**

**Salary**: ₹10,549.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
