Minimum 5+ Years Workday experience is must with total of 8+ year of work experience
- Develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath
- Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production
- Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors
- Participate in Workday semi-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality
- Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases
- Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations.
- Should Lead Teams and provide guidance and directions to the team and have hands on experience
- Effective contributor for RFPS and Solutioning work

**Primary Skill**:

- Experience on Workday Integration Testing expert having knowledge on Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECI,PICOF, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs etc.
- Testing of Integration Systems using EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
- Testing of PECI/PICOF integrations using Payroll Interface and Studio.
- Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services.
- Having knowledge on Integration Security, ERP, HCM, Payroll and Benefit domains.
- Good knowledge of Core HR/Compensation/Absense/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday Security Administration and Business Process Configuration
- Strong working knowledge of BIRT preferred
- Understanding of Integration Architecture and work experience in working with middle ware
- Should be exposed to client facing roles with upscaled communication skill
- Aware of the support and ticketing process

**Secondary Skill**:

- Workday Release Management
- Design thinker and willing to work as individual contributor as well as in teams
- Data conversion Testing experience to independently test Data conversions and migrations from Legacy to Workday systems
