Job title: Fitter-cum-Fabricator (Minimum 2 Year Experience).

Job location: Gurugram

Job summary:
VIV is seeking experienced, motivated, well-rounded mechanical diploma engineer with advanced expertise in

mechanical tool operation being used in industrial automation fabrication and machining process.

Activities and Specific Duties:
Fitter-cum-Fabricator:

- Reading of Technical Drawing to find out the type of job, material and selection of equipment’s.
- Sheet Metal Development as guided by Designing Team.
- Hand Tool Operation like Welding, Cutting, Grinding, Polishing etc.
- Co-ordination with team members to complete the project in the given duration.
- Site-Work

Required Skill Sets:

- Equipment Selection - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Should have Knowledge of Limit, Fit and Tolerance.
- Knowledge of Assembly especially Matting
- Should have Knowledge of using Hand Tools like Angle Grinder, Drilling and Tapping
- Any other experience on Hand Tool will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Fixture Parts.
- Knowledge of using Pneumatic Equipment’s
- Knowledge of Installing Pipes and Lines by referring circuit diagram provided by design team.
- Knowledge of Fitment for Standard Items.
- Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
- Ability to introduce and improve Quality practices that ensure zero defects

Minimum Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelors or higher in related technical field.
- At least two (2) years of experienced in relative field.
- Experienced in Tool Operation, Equipment Selection, Fitting and Fabrication.
